We currently support FPX Online Banking, and Visa & Mastercard for a smooth checkout experience. COD is not available at the moment, so all orders must be paid online before processing.

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 1–3 days within West Malaysia and 3–7 days for East Malaysia, depending on courier volume. Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email allowing you to monitor the delivery in real time.

Order changes can only be made before your parcel enters processing or packing. If you need to update details like color, quantity, or address, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can assist before the order is finalized.

We accept returns and exchanges only for defective or wrong items received. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accommodate returns for change of mind, color variation, or personal preference. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos and your order number, and we’ll handle the rest promptly.

We aim to display all product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, device screens, and natural fabric differences.
